Please submit a portfolio of work samples created within the last four years. Upload up to:
- 15 images in JPEG format (longest size 1500px, 72dpi, 5MB max per image), OR
- 3 video submissions in MOV/MP4 format (each video should not be longer than 10mn in length), OR
- 3 samples of writing in PDF (up to 10 pages each)

All files should have the following name convention lastname_filenumber (ex: smith_01.jpeg).
Option to include a pdf file with the name of each submission such as title information and a short description of the work (up to 200 characters). If you prefer to send video links you can also include that in the pdf instead of uploading a video file.
