Siting’s roughly one thousand live portrait drawings have been hosted by various art venues and festivals in the US and China, as well as New York Fashion Week.
She is currently developing her first feature film that merges live drawing and her architectural vision.
I’m currently focused on developing my feature film about two women embarking on a journey of self-realization to escape from their bubbles. My main goal at Tiny Birch Residency is to work toward a final draft of my script. I also plan to keep building my film lookbook and organize my drawing work when I need to take a break from screenwriting. At my screenwriting stage, this individual residency helped me focus intensely. - Siting Yang
